Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any service confirmation provided to you.
• "Service" means the financial education sessions and related deliverables provided by Coppervault.
• "User" or "Client" means any individual who engages with Coppervault's services or website.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Coppervault, operated from 205/4 Phetchaburi Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400.
• "Content" means all materials, templates, reports, and reference documents provided as part of a service.
• "Website" means our website at coppervaul.live.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry through our website, booking a session, or engaging Coppervault's services in any form, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage with our services.

Service Description

Coppervault provides financial education services for individuals, including:

• Financial Document Organization (two sessions)
• Fund Selection Guidance (three sessions)
• Holistic Asset Protection Review (four sessions)

All services are provided as educational engagements only. Coppervault does not provide regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or insurance brokerage services. Services are available in Bangkok (in person) and via secure video call. Availability is subject to scheduling and capacity.

User Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or booking sessions
• Attend or provide reasonable notice of cancellation for scheduled sessions (minimum 48 hours)
• Use any materials, templates, or reports provided solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share session content or deliverables without our written consent
• Engage with the service in good faith and not misuse or misrepresent the educational content provided

Intellectual Property

All templates, frameworks, comparison tools, and written reports provided by Coppervault remain our intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own financial management purposes. You may not republish, sell, or adapt our materials for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

All content on our website, including text, design elements, and documentation, is protected by applicable Thai intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

Service fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full before or at the time of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the session fee for that session may be forfeited. If a service is cancelled by Coppervault, a full refund of any advance payment will be provided. Partial refunds for partially completed multi-session services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all such situations.

Disclaimers

Coppervault provides financial education only. Nothing communicated during sessions, in written materials, or on our website constitutes regulated financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional legal or accounting advice. We encourage you to seek appropriate professional guidance for decisions relating to investment, tax, or insurance.

While we aim to ensure that content is accurate and current, we make no representation that information is complete, up to date, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Coppervault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, materials, or website — including financial decisions made following our educational sessions. Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the fee paid for that service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coppervault and its educators from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, materials, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by giving reasonable written notice. Coppervault reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client acts in a manner that is abusive, dishonest, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Clauses relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any concerns through direct conversation. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree first to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any legal proceedings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms, together with any service confirmation, constitute the full agreement between you and Coppervault.
• Severability: If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our written consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the effective date noted. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
