WHO WE ARE

A Quiet Corner for Financial Clarity

Coppervault was established in Bangkok to address a gap that many individuals quietly experience: they hold financial documents, own investment accounts, and carry insurance policies, yet feel uncertain about what any of it actually means.

The practice began in 2018 with a simple focus — sit with one person at a time, look at their real paperwork, and explain it in plain language. No dashboards, no sales pitches, no generic seminars. Just careful, methodical education grounded in the individual's actual situation.

Over time, three core services took shape: document organization for those overwhelmed by paperwork, fund selection guidance for those navigating the Thai mutual fund landscape, and a holistic asset protection review for those who want a clearer picture of their overall financial resilience.

Coppervault operates from a small office on Phetchaburi Road in Ratchathewi, chosen for its accessibility and its unhurried character — a setting that reflects how we prefer to work.

To give individuals in Thailand the knowledge and tools to understand their own financial documents, evaluate information independently, and make considered decisions — without pressure or complexity.

Client Confidentiality

All financial information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential. Documents are not retained after sessions unless explicitly requested.

Independence

Coppervault holds no product affiliations and receives no commissions. Our only interest is in your understanding of the material.

Thai Regulatory Context

All content is developed in alignment with Thai SEC guidelines, Revenue Department frameworks, and local insurance regulations.

Education-First Delivery

Sessions are structured as educational conversations, not presentations. We pause, check understanding, and adjust as we go.

Data Handling

Personal and financial data collected during engagement is protected in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2562).

Clear Scope of Work

Each service has a defined scope outlined before sessions begin. We do not expand scope without discussion, and we are direct about what we can and cannot address.

Financial Knowledge as Personal Infrastructure

Financial documents accumulate quietly. Bank statements, insurance policies, fund account statements, provident fund records, tax filings — most individuals hold a considerable body of financial paperwork without a clear system for understanding or maintaining it. Coppervault treats this not as a problem to be solved once, but as personal infrastructure to be built and maintained over time.

The Thai financial landscape has its own specific character: SEC-regulated mutual funds, the RMF and LTF structures, the provident fund framework, and an insurance market with its own documentation conventions. Understanding these requires more than generic financial literacy — it requires familiarity with the specific forms, terms, and regulatory environment in which Thai individuals operate.

Coppervault's educators bring this specific knowledge to each session. The aim is not to impress clients with technical depth, but to leave each person with a clear, practical understanding they can act on independently.
